So, I think it’s time I offer surviving the media tip #1: So your relative is convicted of manslaughter but out on bail until sentencing. And there’s a pack of media folk outside the only exit at the courthouse hoping to get a comment, and at minimum some tape of the convicted. If your two options are: A. Make her walk 500 metres to the car or B. pull the car around so there is only 10 metres between the exit and the car - go for option B. That way you’ll avoid photo ops like this one.
All that aside, though, this story is heartbreaking. Man, human beings suck/
